The Courier Guy a waste of time

useless disgrace of service I have had the worst experience using Courier Guy.

They collected my order from Makro on December 4th. On Friday, December 6th, I noticed something was leaking, and the order had to be returned. After contacting Makro, I received an email indicating that the order was in transit again. Following another email from Makro, I reached out to Courier Guy for clarification. I was informed that my order number MLL****** was scheduled for delivery today, December 9, 2024.

However, I have just been notified that the order has been canceled due to damage to the flour, and my order would be returned. Then, I received a WhatsApp message saying that the order would be delivered tomorrow, December 10, 2024.

This is unacceptable! Due to their negligence, I now have to wait even longer for the groceries that I ordered on November 30, 2024.
