The courier Guy

We took a parcel to Middelburg depot to be sent to Durban, charges were R145 + R187 that totalled to R332. The parcel was a rifle scope so not big or heavy at all.

When I phoned the Pinetown branch to make sure that the package arrived I was advised that I need to pay an additional R366 or the parcel won’t be released. I responded to the lady and asked why because that is not an error on my side and would it be possible to come see the manager to find out how this can be resolved.

I received a come see her, your parcel won’t be released if the R366 are not paid a very bad tone.

This is also not the first issue with rude people at the courier guy.
