Worst delivery company I have dealt with in a long time. Keep changing their story and promise to escalate with no action or follow through on supposed escalation call backs as promised from their side. My parcel UATSDXFM has now been missing ’in transit’ for 3 days with no resolution or direction and suddenly changed to a locker delivery instead of direct delivery to me and now blaming the supplier Cosmetology for their inaptness. Reason provided by The Courier Guy for first delivery attempt failure being unsuccessful was claimed as ‘due to no access’ - it was a work address to a very large company - absolutely impossible. We receive parcels on a daily basis from all over the globe. Suspect your driver chose a pub over actually doing his work. Since the delivery contained cosmetics I hope when you finally decide to reach out Gerrit from your weekend you will replace the contents if damaged.
