The courier guy

My parcel is stuck at the Bloemfontein depot when it was supposed to be shipped to Aliwal North with the other parcels yesterday. I cannot find anyone who can give me an explanation as to why. It's not the first time I've had issues with them and even then I never got an explanation. It's like they don't even care. The Bloemfontein depot is the worst I've dealt with.
