The courier guy

I have used the Courier guy on 3 occasions. 1st incident was when my pascel was delivered to the incorrect customer, instead of it being delivered to Capetown it went to Jhb... The customer refused to hand my parcel back to the courier guy, which costed me 100s of Rands.... I sent through emails upon emails Calls upon calls were made and the people who work there has an absolute disregard. 2nd incident I called for them to do a same day delivery, I questioned the agent if she is sure it will be here by 2pm if collected by 10am and I asked her is she sure because from my knowledge thats not possible but she reassured me. So I had a customer come for his package and I had to refund him due to the fact that the parcel was only being delivered after 4pm, again Emails upon emails, calls upon calls and an absolute disregard. 3rd incident today I called at 7am requesting a delivery and was told at 1pm my delivery will be here, we called and called them and was put on hold and calls cut off eventually they call us back to tell us that the package was not given to the Mt edcombe driver and is still in the other van.

No matter how many times the Consignment is given free the fact that 'Anele Mzimela' <***>; '***'; 'Liezel Odendaal' <***>; 'lindsey' <***>; 'Cherine' <***>; '***' absolutely pathetic services.

I have asked for the Directors contacts, the managers contacts and absolutely nothing from them. No correspondence what so ever,

Its very vital in this time especially while every one is trying to get back on their feet financially,

I truly think this company should be closed down or sued for such behavior which is costing thousands of rand.
