Total and utter disinterest that they had made a complete botch and sent my urgent parcel to the completely incorrect province let alone the incorrect address. couldn't care less that my parcel should have been delivered today, instead it will probably be delivered next week wednesday if i am lucky. absolute incompetence regarding the admin staff, and the manager, well.........................
