The Courier GUY

I am urgently looking for a courier company for delivering parcels across SA.

i have worked with The Courier Guy and PUDO respectively my goodness the service is BEYOND poor. You make payments, submit proof of payment, then you receive an email that acknowledges your proof of payment. You then receive a statement that shows that you owe money, and the payments that you have been CONSTANTLY making are not recorded. You are also charged ridiculous amounts that were never agreed upon on the rate card, and when you send emails, calls and more emails enquiring about these amounts, you are ignored. No one knows ANYTHING.

They constantly expect you to make payments oh my goodness I have never, ever felt so used, **** to and cheated in my life.

If anyone knows of a Courier Company please kindly assist URGENTLY. The Courier Guy and PUDO the service is BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
