Good day

I would just like to find out why my package has not been picked up as yet , I paid for service 11 September at 12:54 and it has not been collected yet . I live in durban and have booked a collection in Pretoria, I spoke to an agent on whatsapp and they said collection is today between 8:00-17:00 but has not been collected, I am really disappointed in this service as I had been trying for 2 weeks to sort out my issue of errors when topping up , now that's sorted but now my packages are not being picked up .

I don't understand what the problem is

Please get my package to me ASAP it is urgent

I will be reporting this issue on hello Peter and all social media platforms and will never use this horrible service again !!
