The Courier guy

I am very disappointed with courier guy services as I was suppose to receive a packaging and didn't and was told the driver returned back to the depo without any communication and was told after 30 minutes of back and forth on the call that I would have to wait for a warehouse manager to contact me regarding delivery as he did not answer the phone when the agent tried calling him and they didn't contact me at all this is so disappointing that I have been put in a situation that could ruin the best opportunity for me,Cause there driver was *********** and unable to do his job properly...
