The Courier Guy

Courier guy is really treating customer parcels as if it is not important at all, we as customers choose the courier best trusted to handle our goods from one business to another or one loved one to another but The Courier Guy keep sending our parcels to the wrong locations or just Let the parcells lay forgetfully at their branch and when i follow up they reply " Sorry we only found your parcel now and the driver already left, ( which were paid for) they advice us to come and collect ourself after numerous ignored phone calls.The Courier Guy was Never this bad and its heartbreaking to see how careless their staff are.
