The Courier Guy

I am so over The Courier Guy. They are not sticking to promises and it is now 8 days since they picked up the parcel and still not been delivered. It was supposed to come to the Eastern Cape but it went to Johannesburg and it is somewhere in between. Was supposed to have arrived in PE at 4am 16 Dec and still no response?? What is the problem with them??? Will never recommend them to anyone.
