Disgusted with International (NON) service. Parcel was returned from Canada because the recipients did not pay the import tax!! How could they when they were never contacted despite TCG having the correct contact number?? Parcel sat in Manitoba for two weeks. Nobody contacted me either to say there was a problem. Thank You DHL who somehow picked up the parcel (back) in Cape Town and delivered to Canada with no problems!
