The courier guy

Having a bad experience with courier companies, The courior guy has been having my parcel ince the 31st of May tried calling them they dont answer tried calling the driver doesnt pick up,then the driver had the audacity to write a note on the tracking system that he didn't get me on my phone whats the reason of the address if you not gonna use it, am frustrated my package is taking longer than expected, sent an email nothing gets resolved instead they delay my order been home waiting for my order for days.
