I requested a parcel from east London on Tuesday on an over night package, my client had to fetch the parcel herself as it was said the item would be delivered on Monday. To top it off they then **** and said it was because the item had arrived late (after 2PM ) and they could not deliver it but the app shows the item arriving just after 12 midday. worst service ever!
