Bad service from The Courier Guy.

I had a parcel that needed to be picked up from Pretoria to East London.

I was in contact with them constantly to make sure that a copy of my identity document was with the correct driver who would be collecting the parcel-however they were turned back because they did not have the copy. I had sent it via WhatsApp and I was informed that everything was ready for pick up.

I ended up asking someone to pick up the package and send it to me in East London and send it to me. This cost me but seemingly it had to be done.

Stay away.

I don't recommend this company due to its customer service. They seem to not care about putting customer needs first.
