The Courier Guy

Moved a TV Cabinet from Joburg to Cape Town. The item was specially wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap. It was destroyed en route. I can't claim as the T's & C's state, that they do not take responsibility for the removal of 'furniture'. WHY WAS IT COLLECTED then? Surely you should have to sign a waiver, for goods they can't promise to deliver in the original condition?
