I am extremely disappointed with the service from The Courier guy . My parcel was lost in June 2024, and I filed a claim on June 26. From that point until August, I heard absolutely nothing. When I finally called, they claimed I had submitted an incomplete form—something they failed to notify me about. I had to follow up just to get that response. Now, it’s September, and they still haven’t paid out my claim. What’s worse, they have stopped responding to my emails and calls altogether. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
