The Courier Guy

I have order online an item i received my tracking number my item show in transit, i have phoned there office about my item they said they will let the driver know to drop my item off first,after an hour the driver phones me and ask directions witch i gave him, he still didn't deliver my item so i phoned the driver, he said he will phone me when he is on his way to me.this was in the morning iets now 18:45 and still no one from the courier guy.I have been waiting for the whole day for one small item,i can just say if this is the kind off service Courie Guys give to there clients. I will never use or buy from someone that is useing this courier company.they just dont care about you as an client.
