The Courier Guy

I am highly disappointed with the lack of service I got from The Courier Guy in George. After sending a very important parcel with them on Friday 14 January using their overnight delivery option, and also paying an additional fee due to the delivery address being in an high risk area, still to this moment my parcel has not been delivered to my client.

This whole mess made me lose R10 000 in revenue as my client did not receive her dresses in time and refused to pay!

All I got from a staff member at the George branch after I've been there on Monday and Tuesday to enquire about the non-delivery was "There is nothing I can do about it at this moment."

I am completely outraged as I've lost a lot of money, and my parcel is stuck somewhere in the hands of a company that is clearly ***********!
