I honestly tried to be patient and understanding at times however, I wouldn't advice anyone who is a small business owner to use their services. I spend most of my time making a loss due to always replace items as most of the product will reach the customers damaged. The best they will do is just say "we apologise for the inconvenience.... My heart is really heavy as I'm writing this, they honestly do not care about the products of the customers all... Bad customer service I have ever experienced ☹️
