The Courier Guy

I sent a package from Pretoria to Cape last week Wednesday. This has still to arrive at my client! I have probably emailed at least 10 times. I have emailed and phoned the pta, jhb and george branches. The lastes update was

“Good day

I went to the agent floor and search for it but did not find it”

Thats it!!!! So is the package lost? Do you care? Must i come look for it myself?

What more can I do?? The client has been desperate for this package. He himself has phoned the different branches numerous times - either the courier phones just rings or when someone answers, the call gets dropped.

Please advise
