The Courier Guy

For the last two months I've been super disappointed with Courier guy. For the last 5 years or so i have been booking my parcels with them through XOC. I've never ever had problems with them until the last two months. I send at least once a week art pieces all over the country and recently at least twice a month my clients would phone me to say they received their pieces broken and that the boxes arrived in a horrible condition. I've been packing my art pieces the same way for the last 5 years, even more secure the last year or so. Fragile stickers on the box and i have been mentioning to the pick up guy every time, please handle it with care. If we take out insurance on the pieces, it would anyway not cover nearly the cost to replace the pieces. My business is suffering a financial loss every time and our reputation is taking a knock. I phoned Courier guy on the 1st of May to lay a complaint and they promised me the operational manager would phone me back on the 4th of May. It's a day later and i have not heard anything from them.
