The Courier Guy

We were waiting for a parcel to come from Courier Guy in Johannesburg. It was to be delivered to Cape Town office and then sent to the Malmesbury office, as we reside in Malmesbury. The parcel consisted of 2 boxes. One went missing. The Courier Guy in Malmesbury did their utmost to locate the missing box and in the end the Manager of the Malmesbury Branch drove to Cape Town, collected the box and delivered it the same day to our home (we desperately needed the box before the next day). He and his front line colleague were both highly professional, friendly, sympathetic and understanding and went out of their way to locate our missing box and then to personally collect it and deliver it to our home. This country needs more people like them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
