The courier farce

Ordered a item from a shop in cape town, they opted to use courier guy as the courier. The item was shipped the morning of 22 august. Here we are, 24 august, and the parcel is not even in the same province (MAJOR CENTERS TOO) Contacted support, initially told parcel SHOULD deliver today, now tune has changed to maybe tomorrow maybe Monday. Support staff extremely rude and reluctant to help. gets aggressive when you quote their own responses stating delivery on the 24th. How in the year of our lord 2023 does it take 4 days to move a small package from cape town to pretoria? Postnet can do it in 24 hours, but a courier and logistics company cant?!

NEVER USING COURIER GUY AGAIN, and recommended the same to the retailer.
