The courier Fail !!!

Nothing is in their power to fix although I have four confirmation email sand a progress report from Pay fast to confirm my account with courier guy is topped up, the Courier guy still blames Pay fast. So my emergency package must just wait until the Courier guy develops a brain cell and does something remarkable to assist all the customers.!!!!!!!!!!
