THE COURIER *********

I was tracking a parcel from The Courier Guy and saw that it was delivered - well well well, it was not delivered to me. I wasn't even in town on that specific date. On enquiry I was referred to their Operational Office.

All they had was a signature and could not tell me who received my parcel. How pathetic! Eventually the lady said it looks like "Steyn". As we have just moved into a massive complex in George, amongst hundreds of people here, where would I find "Steyn". No address, no contact number.

My parcel is worth R900 - but what made me furious was the fact that my son who started a new business, lost a R100 000-00 parcel and up to today The Courier Guy just shrug their shoulders and say it should have been insured. How can a massive parcel like this, with heavy batteries in it, just disappear and nobody can follow it up.

Should this not get their utmost attention to wake up - but you keep hanging on to just try and get someone with some authority but it is always the wrong person to talk to. Disgusting service!!!!
