The Courier Company that is falling apart

This was a great company, well run for many years we have used them. Then in December changes happened with no notification to clients. Now useless. The can't find a delivery from December no signed proof of deliver or receipt of package. No interest in helping. Changes in charges mean upto 91% increase in charges. I.e charge R65 to deliver to a local hospital but then add R50 because its a hospital, that's now R115. this was R60 in November. Add "high risk area" for suburbs in JHB t hat have no risk factor and they've been delivering to the same address with no problem for nearly 7 years. Again a surcharge added. Consultants hung out to dry by management. Don't try to get hold of a manager they don't take calls. WHAT A PITY TO SEE SUCH A GOOD COMPANY GO DOW IN THIS WAY I've always noticed that companies on Hello Peter who don't answer complaints are the same companies who offer bad service. to the management of this company I hope you're getting the message your reputation and company name is being destroyed
