The Courier Bad Service Guy

I just hate Hello Peter so I don't use it that much but when I do turn to Hello Peter know that I am frustrated beyond myself. The Courier Guy do you even know what is service? How is it possible to pay for a service arrange for the service early moring and then without notification not pick up??? Keep up this poor level of quality service and you will very quickly start to close your doors!! Consumers don't sit still for poor service anymore, they shop around and then YOU loose!
