The Couriar guy poor communication and service delivery

On Monday a standard delivery request was done expecting the delivery on Wednesday 11/12/2024 unfortunately the come on Tuesday 10/12/2024. I called them to make an arrangement for them to come on Wednesday 11/12/2024 cause I would be home. Nathi the ops confirmed that the delivery will be made on 11/12/2024 between 2 and 5. I called the guy around 5 he did not answer later return my call and he said the parcel is still on delivery. Today he sends a picture saying he was at my place cropping out date and time on the picture.
