The Confused Courier Guy / Pudo

My secure parcel with a pin number was just dropped off at a shop in town, without me knowing anything about it. It was nit delivered to my address. Now I sent a parcel with Pudo to Ermelo. The lady on the receiving end used the locker pin and got a parcel. This parcel was for someone else. Meanwhile, someone from Roodepoort called her and told her they have her parcel. So she is waiting to see now whether it is the parcel I sent to her. Just such a mess.
