Order to Takealot warehouse damaged. Items were securely packed my self and contained fragile stickers. The only way the items could have been damaged is if they were dropped from a high height.

I had to complete claim forms to get my money back for the damaged items. Unfortunately the damaged items not being delivered to Takealot has put strain on my account with them.

15 December 2020.

I received yet another call from The Courier Guy one of my items is damaged. I had to ask them if they are doing this on purpose? As this is the second time in a row. I also had to show the courier guy staff how to carry a box properly as he loaded other boxes on top of my boxes that are marked as fragile while carrying it.

I Packed all the boxes my self and items were secured properly I cant understand what they are doing with my packages.

I cant believe it I am going to have issues with Takealot short deliveries again.
