THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COURIER GUY

- i had and issue with Parcel Way bill XRJKGS, i called 1sti time and the customer care couldnt not assist and was not helpful she was dealing with a situation as if i work with her. then after a day i called and Spoke to Nomsa Matomi this lady took me through the whole process of changing the address as the delivery address was incorect first time , she took me throuht it she spole operations while i was holding and helped me with logging email and service level.and only put the phone when all was agreed and while i did the new shipment i made another mistake and she helped me to change the service level and was not impatient . today she called to check if my client received the parcel. I'm happy that my company is using them for all our parcel. by the way even their drivers are the best always servicing with a smile.
