The account prices are the worst do not register an account

I was called to register an account and promised cheaper rates which i saw was called i even verified with the agent to my surprise, i am charged ridiculous amounts while i book on the system it quotes me R 115 i get deducted in my account R245 i have been running on serious loss. i decided to check my last statements it is even worse
