The absolute WORST courier company in South Africa.

I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years, and in 2 months they managed more ***** up and bad service than every other business I've dealt with in the last 10 years. They take the bad service award from Telkom and then some.

My online account was blocked for the 2nd time in 2 days even AFTER I've made payment and my local sameday delivery was NOT collected because of this. Trying to call them on ***or *** only results in a busy signal or being put on hold for 30+ minutes.

I've had a row with area manager about bad service and incorrect billing and missed deliveries and nothing has come of it.

This company DOES NOT CARE about it's clients. They do not CARE about service. They are happy to take your money and provide the worst service I've ever had the displeasure to experience. I now have to drive to my customer myself to deliver something as a company that apparently "specializes" in collection/deliveries cannot do it.

In all likelihood, I don't expect a response from this amateur company. Seeing their HelloPeter rating is 2.8/10 makes sense.

The only service they sell, is BAD service.
