We recently moved to a rural area, and I have been experimenting with delivery services. All the courier services I encountered so far had issues delivering to us. There is always an excuse - couldn't find us on Google maps, loadshedding, system errors, blah, blah, blah. There is, however, one courier service that is reliable, namely The Courier Guy Heidelberg. I opened an account with them and so far they have been really efficient. They stick to the turnaround times they give me at checkout. The person who physically delivers is always friendly. Esmerilda Hanekom, the Manager, is extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with her. Good service is rare these days, so let's support the people who are prepared to do their job properly and with pride! Thank you Esmerilda and team.
