We were waiting for a parcel to be sent via The Courier Guy and to be picked up at the depot in Polokwane. We did not receive the necessary notification from Polokwane branch and they do not answer their phones. We phone Johannesburg branch and spoke to PORTIA MOKHINE who really went out of her way to give GREAT service. She kept on following up to make sure we got our parcel. Thank you PORTIA!!
