THANK YOU JOHANNA BOSHOMANE

Ive received a notice that my locker has expired as i have not collected my parcel, however, the parcel has not yet been delivered so I called TCG to check where my parcel was. I spoke to Johanna Boshomane who has been an absolute STAR!!! She did not stop until my parcel was located and was very sympathetic. She promised that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow. During our call the call dropped before she could give me the feedback. I thought that i will now have to phone again and go through the whole explanation from the start when suddenly my phone rings only to hear that it is Johanna, she actually called me back which is VERY scares these days. Johanna thank you so much for making me feel at ease knowing that my parcel has not disappeared and for actually calling me back! Its people like you who makes me happy to use TCG!
