I just wanted to say THANK YOU to The Courier Guy for their top notch customer service and all their help!! I can just imagine how crazy it must be during this time after being closed for a while, yet you guys always go out your way to satisfy and deliver top service!! The lady that helped me was super friendly and very helpful. Yes I waited a little while to be helped on a call, but I can only imagine it must be due to the millions of calls received daily as I've never experienced a problem like this before lockdown ever!! I assume everyone wants to send parcels and get their things ASAP and not everyone is as patient and understanding as some of us.

Received my package on time and the one I sent was also delivered in time as promised.
