Tha Courier Guy ****

On 2024/08/21 received a quote from The Courier Guy, in Knysna, to send a parcel to Maritzdam farm in Brits Town district.

The parcel contained medicine and other items that was urgently needed, so I agreed on the Overnight Delivery Service, as quoted.

Now on 2024/08/27, only after I enquired about the status of the delivery, I received an email from the company, stating that the parcel was successfully delivered and apologising about the delay in delivery, blaming it on staff in Knysna, to whom I entrusted said parcel, and also admitting that they couldn't provide the service, as agreed to as per qoute/contract.

As it turns out, the parcel was delivered to Quest Fuel Station in Prieska, to be collected by the intended recipient. This was not as per our agreement and what I have paid for. It also means that the intended recipient must now travel at expense to Prieska to receive said parcel from a Fuel Station. I don't know if anyone else was effected in this way by The Courier Guy and their false advertising scheme, but would like to expose them for the *****ulent business that they run.
