Th Courier Guy - bad service

Shocking service received from The Courier Guy! I received tracking details on the 20th December that my parcel was collected and out for delivery. It was never delivered on the 20th and returned to the JHB hub.

Now today the 21st December the tracking details swnt another update to state that my parcel was collected and out for delivery. They came to "drop off" my parcel but my parcel was never in the vehicle to begin with. It has now again been returned to the hub and no delivery received keeping in mind that I paid for same day delivery!

I am not happy with this and will never use The Courier Guy again!
