TERRRIBLE service. 10 days...still not received my parcel

Im highly disgusted at ur service. A parcel was sent out on 2April...i expected to receive it on 3rd...did NOT .NEVER EVER got a call. There are NO NO NO missed calls on my phone. Since that day...till today!!!! No sms that i missed a call!!!!

No voicemail. I called kdp branch. Tania said they said they treid to call... .thats a damn lie!!!!!! They did not!!!!!

Unfortunately people send my parcel via u guys. I dont use u guys when i send to my clients.... Now u know why. This is freeking damn TERRRRRRIBLE . Whomever was supposed to call me has to proof it. U did NOT call me . Been watching my phone eber since the 3rd of April No NO NO Calls!!!!!!!!!!! Why the hell lie abt it ????

What r u going to do about that??????
