Terrible! Use other couriers if possible

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I had asked courier guy to pick up parcels in Johannesburg and bring it to Ermelo. When inquiring with Ermelo, I was advised that the parcels were there and would be delivered in the morning. Morning came and passed. We contacted them again and they advised the driver is busy with something and told us we would get the parcels at 13:00. After 15:00 nothing came and we went there to pick it up and then all of the sudden not all the parcels were there. In fact, the most important parcel was left behind in Johannesburg. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had made promises to people that they would receive their parcels today, as that is what was told to me. Now I am left looking like an idiot and the only response courier guy Ermelo bothered to give me was "oh well, this happens, you will have to wait until next week". What angers me the most is the fact that this place is run like a fish and chips shop. Had they told me clearly that not all parcels have arrived, I would have been minor upset and waited, but the fact that I was told more than once that my parcels are here, and been stuffed around having to phone numerous times to hear when delivery would be and ultimately having to go there to pick it up myself, is a joke. I honestly wish I had never done business with them and I should have gone to Johannesburg myself to pick up my parcels.
