Terrible, Unprofessional, does not return calls. 10 days gone, still no package.

I've Experienced the worst service ever, 5 May 2026, i placed a package in a locker in Fairland, the next day it was dropped off in the same area just over 1km away instead of Durban (Hillcrest), eventually it got to Hillcrest and my client tried to access the locker, it refused to open. thereafter she receives a message from someone claiming to have her package, irrespective of how they got her package, the locker didn't work, she tried to arrange to collect but was not successful, my first interaction with their support team was pathetic, and subsequent interactions even till today, the ops manager has not bothered to return my calls despite many requests and emails, today is the 15th of May 2026, and my client still hasn't received her package. please note if any of you are considering using their services rather not. they are absolutely unprofessional and do not care about client satisfaction.
