Terrible, terrible, terrible service

Terrible, terrible service. A parcel which was supposed to be collected on Thursday, 30 November 2023, from a fuel station (24/7 open), which was supposed to reach its destination by Saturday, 02 December 2023, was only collected this morning 05 December 2023. The excuse being the business was closed when they got there. Really?? With an angry client and we now red in the face what can you say of this service. So if you need to get a parcel urgently from you premises to another and it is URGENT - think twice before using The Courier Guy!
