Terrible sloppy service

COURIER GUY RUSTENBURG, was given attitude by staff after going to pick up my parcel this morning after they TOLD ME IT WOULD DEFINITELY BE THERE, and after 5 days, there was an unexplainable incident which caused that my parcel was not there yet, after 5 days, and false promises.
