Terrible service....terrible!!!!!!!!

My package has been out for delivery two times with the driver failing to deliver the package, they keep rescheduling.

You send emails they tell you that your area is a high risk area......so what must happen, rather tell your clients that you don't deliver to certain areas rather than me having to fight with the company.

I am missing work because i really need that package to go to work and so far it has been 2 days i keep coming up with excuses.
