Terrible Services!!!

My order with shein was suppose to arrive today, to my surprise I received the incorrect order. Bare in mind I am seated at front desk so I did not immediately check the order. As soon as I did, I noticed the parcel was in fact not mine, I gave the driver a pin which is suppose to be a safety net but I suppose they just do these things for ****s and giggles. I contacted the lady the parcel belongs to and made her aware that I have her parcel. I made contact with the Courier guy thrice before eventually reaching someone at their kiosk in Ndabeni because the number they provide you with does not even ring. I’m not even sure what this guy did but I then tried to call the courier guy again and got through to a woman who mind you, wasn’t even polite to start off with, she asked me to hold and I was transferred to someone who then said they would speak to operations as only operations deals with the drivers. He also mentioned the drivers phone was not even on. I got no feedback within the 2 hours I was waiting and called again, this time even more frustrated because they told me the parcel was with the woman whose parcel I had but that wasn’t even the case as iv called her to ask if she did indeed have it. I would not recommend as they clearly do not have their operations in order. I’m super ****ed because who would want to receive an order with such chaos!
