Terrible service/response regarding concerns

Good day,

Please advise regarding our concern when a delivery is made and we are informed that a driver is not allowed to wait.

We are in Rustenburg and the delivery was made now while it is pouring rain outside.

I asked the driver if hecould come back or wait and we were informed they are not allowed.

So my concern and complaint is that I was expected to come and receive my goods in the pouring rain.

Myself and the driver were drenched. Then to make matters worse is my items were damaged as i dropped it due to it being soaking wet.

So, this is a concern for me due to health complications, unreasonable expectations and damage to items that all needs to happen during pouring rain.
