Terrible service. The worst of its kind.

I received an email and an SMS very early in the morning informing me that my order was out for delivery and giving me the pin.

After 8 hours I called the number that was in the email. They told me the parcel will be delivered on 30 July. Then the Ladysmith office told me that they couldn't pick up the waybill. Then later yes the parcel is in Ladysmith but it will take 4 days to deliver it to me. What the actual hell?
