Terrible service Secunda Courier Guy.

I received very bad service from courier guy secunda. I had toget stock Durban it was received by Courier Guy Secunda in Wednesday. The address was incorrect from the sender because I moved shop.I called courier guy Secunda an changed the address.However did not receive the parcel.This morning after numerous calls I still did not receive it.The lady in Secunda is rude an should not be working with clients. This is my second terrible experience with them.
